I have had very good luck with Heathers' book Eating for IBS for the past 7 years. But just for the heck of it I went to the Gastro Man to see what else is out there. I have IBS-D, and after a 1/2 hr. discussion w/the Dr.? I was prescribed, I'm not kidding you, he actually wrote a prescription for Milk of Magnesia!!!! Thank God for Heather!
