I think that if you're not having any bad side effects from it, you might want to work on getting up to 2-3 tablespoons a day to see if that helps. It sounds like a tough row to hoe, but hopefully things will start to abate as the chemo ends. If you don't get much response here, try the IBS Diet board, which gets a little more traffic.
