Hi Lori
Thanks for the info - I probably will have a few questions after my gynae appt on 15th May. Forgot to say, I am IBS-C, but definitely pain predominant. Also, that I have used Acacia since October, building up gradually to 2 tbsp daily (in three doses), and this has helped me both with C and pain. Still trying to get the right SF/IF balance for me, and also deal with stress triggers (which plays a big part) as well as the hormones. In quite a lot of pain today - period started yesterday, have got worsening cramps and pains all over tummy, back and down my legs to my ankles. This is different from just IBS pain, which is why I think it's endo. Like you said, if you are used to it, you just think it's 'normal'. I really hope I get a proper diagnosis. Also, my IBS always plays up at this time, too. I'm just thankful I've discovered those stick-on heating pads!
