It is possible there are other problems. I understand your hesitancy. I had a sort of "relapse" and tried to go back to my gastroenterologist. (I have seen him once, for a routine colonscopy). They told me there is nothing they can do for me. No questions about what I eat, what I experience. Just...."nothing we can do for you".
