Thanks so much for responding. How are you doing? It was so encouraging to find someone else who had the same fears as I do...fears which I am now really working with my therapist on, to re-process & re-train my thinking to be more healthier. No small task.
But as I've started looking at this fear I have, I've thought of you too, more than once. Just wanted to check in & see how you're doing/dealing lately. Let me know (if you want to share, that is).
