For the most part it really works well and quickly with IBS-D. I'm an A so I get the best of both worlds. If you haven't done so already, read all the information on the website (not just the message boards), or get her book IBS: The First Year. I find it easier to read a book rather than a website but everyone's different. To answer your question, no I don't have experience with IBS Treatment Centre of Seattle.
