In this particular case, I don't know how. I wish I did. But I can say, without a doubt, that with enough determination, anyone can do anything. With a fear of eating, I'd suggest pro help. We can give you our opinions, but I think you need to be dealing with someone face to face who can really get into this with you.
I can say, speaking from experience, that even when things seems like they will never end and you have no idea what to do to get out of something, there is ALWAYS a way.
