They have a flushable insert inside of a vinyl type lining. You have to rip open the insert, flush the filling while you stir it in circles in the loo, then wait for the tank to refill and flush the outer part of the insert, and stir that too. Extremely time consuming and not low flow friendly. I noticed they seemed to cause a lot of rashes on the little girl I used them with and the insert just bunches up and doesn't do much. So she always had wet vinyl on her tushy. Though last I heard they were working on improving them. I've read good reviews on the bumGenius 2.0 One size diapers. They're supposed to fit 8-35 pounds. But I always wonder about reviews, like how many of those reviewers work for the company. I've heard the same things about Fuzzibunz, too big for newborns, great for older babies.
