It took a long time, but I was finally able to get through a day without feeling like crap. I also took an antidepressant that Roalsvig had prescribed for about 2 years - I really don't know if that helped or not, but I no longer take it and I seem to be doing ok. And the acacia fiber helped a lot too - I still take that daily.
