sitting in bed, shaking....       01/22/07 08:50 AM Edit Reply Quote hawkeye Reged: 06/16/03 Posts: 705 Loc: NYC My anxiety is getting so overwhelming. i had really bad D at work this morning and came home early. My hands are shaking so much I can barely type. I got so scared and imagined my whole anxiety-nightmare-scenario. I've got a stomach bug and that I'll throw up and end up in the ER again. I know many of you have gone through worse than that. The truth is, I"ve been through worse than that, but this is what makes me absolutely panic and fall apart. Which is why I'm sitting in bed shaking. okay I'm going to go and try to calm myself to face this whatever it may be. -------------------- Ladies & gentlemen take my advice, pull down your pants and slide on the ice.
