Sometimes I'll go 3 or 4 days if I haven't been eating as much, but usually it's every other day or so. "Normal" is typically medically defined as anywhere from once every 3 days to 3 times a day. Aiming for a BM a day is usually sort of a misguided goal... a lot of people, even without IBS, are just not *that* regular. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
