So far so good!! I'm still in this crazy machine a few hours per day, but I've got MOST of my range of motion back, the key now is KEEPING IT. So, wish me luck! Will still be a few more weeks before I can lift any weights, and those are gonna be really really light to start out with.
Here is me after I got home on the 21st, totally medicated! I LIVED in this machine for HOURS at a time for 2 weeks, now I'm just in the evening after work and some cardio at the gym.
