Well, here's what we ended up with. It's important to note that some of this stuff is NOT IBS safe. A few things were just for them. So, I ended up with rolls, fruit salad, a veggie platter, apple pie, sweet corn, mushrooms, steamed white rice w/ veggies, garlic mashed potatoes, Tofurkey with olive oil & dill baste & mushrooms, mushroom stuffing, green salad w/ avocado & cucumber, strawberry shortcake, and finally, Tofurkey gravy. We had a great day. Everything tasted good and not one IBS jitter all day. Thank you Heather! Here's some pics...
