Use the Tucks pads sparingingly because they will dry you out and make you itch. Use baby cream like the Butt Paste one or desitin. Also when Noah had really bad diaper rash I put together a homeade remedy from the doctor that uses Mylanta and Caldescene (sp?) poweder. Mix in 1 tablespoon of Mylanta and 2 of the powder and apply.
