Hello again!       12/16/06 09:05 AM Edit Reply Quote freeda Reged: 05/08/05 Posts: 67 Loc: SW Michigan Well, after a long time almost symptom free, I had one nasty bout in October (soy sauce, it turns out, is not my friend), and am in the middle of one now. Thought I'd pop in and reacquaint myself with the guidelines for living a free life. Sometimes I almost think that it's good to have a round once in a while -- it reminds me of how bad it *really* was back then, and how much of a miracle this place was for me. Someone kiss Heather for me. If this is the worst I get, that's pretty darn good. ETA Wow that's an old avatar!! I need to update that bad boy! -------------------- Knowledge is power.
