a good b-12, iron supplement that i take and helped with the cold feeling is by platinum naturals, it is called easy iron, it has ferrochel iron which is non constipating and has worked out very well for me for the last 3 months, i decided to take it when i was just always tired and the fact that i can only bring myself to do the fish onece a week and that isn't enough for vitamins. the easy iron is in a vegetarian capsule and when you open the bottle they look all weird and half filled, but are suppoed to look that way, trust me i checked. you can email me at press_me@hotmail.com if you want to do the diet coaching thing, for me along the way i had to force myself in a few things, such as each time i increased my portion intake i would be kinda nauseous for about a week, but then my tummy would adjust.so there might be some forcing involved, gently of course if you want to get to a good healthy intake of nutrients.
