Hi Sufie!!! Happy Thanksgiving to you, too! I am sorry I haven't been around lately...we were just in Boston for a week for shopping/food/relaxation...Had a wonderful time. We even managed to see a play...part improv and all comedy. I was totally fine IBS wise, took my enzymes and probiotics with me...I only once felt weird tummy wise, and it's because I tried veggie spring rolls (fried, of course!) but no attack, thankfully! It was so nice to be able to walk the city, and I even hauled my butt to the hotel gym twice! I figured I had better since I had enjoyed my food a little toooo much! What's new with you?
