Sleep Aids?       10/18/06 10:03 AM Edit Reply Quote Kristine Reged: 05/15/03 Posts: 229 Loc: Pittsburgh, PA I made a doctor's appointment tomorrow about my insomnia, which I'm convinced is at the root of my recent bout of IBS problems. After having a bad experience on Paxil last year, I'm gunshy about going on any medication, but a prescription sleep-aid isn't out of the question at this point. I've tried the natural remedies for sleep and nothing seems to be working, so I think it's time for Option B. Are any of you on prescription sleep medication? Does it help?
