I had a bad panic attack on the loo once! Thankfully my other half turned up half way through and gave me a paper bag to breathe in.......the funny thing is that the panic made my fingers go ridgid and I couldn't hold the paper bag. I find the best thing to help with panics is breathing properly.....breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth and preferably with a paper bag (or your hands second best) covering both mouth and nose.
