My doctor was actually so cooperative today that she without any protests agreed to refer me to a "bowel therapist" at the GI department of the university hospital so that I can learn all the tips and tricks that could possibly be useful for me to help the damaged anal sphincter part of my problem so to speak. Apparently, miracles do still happen.
