I told my dentist about the D after my cleanings, and he told the hygienist to use a non-flavored polishing cream with the polisher tool thingy (whatever that's called! ) The flavored ones do have artificial sweeteners - he checked the ingredients for me. Three days after my cleaning, and no D or nausea! Yipee! I have switched all of my dental care products to the Tom's of Maine brand and have been nausea and D free since.
