About the IBS and getting into a car: It`s a HUGE source of anxiety for me. What a horrible feeling in the morning. I have a hard time leaving the bathroom even if I don`t eat until later. As for exercise such as running: It doesn`t trigger an attack for me, personally, but the first few minutes do feel uncomfortable. My tummy usually settles pretty quickly. yoga works wonders. For D attacks, which is what I usually encounter, I always carry the medication imodium.
