Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Yet another footie discovery

I saw the surgeon today as my pre-op for my upcoming foot surgery. In Sept. he is taking the little toe bursa and grinding off the bunionette (boney growth). Not only do I have the bunionettes, but now I also have Plantar Fibromatosis. Fun with feet!! ARGHHHH!!

I basically have lumps on the arches of my foot which are below the skin surface on the plantar tendon. And they hurt when you wear shoes. (and I am only supposed to wear Birkenstock sandals - which I do 99% of the time) So every step I take, I try to walk almost on my heel or ball of my foot only.
And my surgeon wants me checked again for RA. He is not convinced my family dr, who ran the INR, that it has come back negative 3 times and I have so many joint problems. So when I go for my next dr appt. he wants it run again - 4th time in 2 years.

Michelle and the rest of the gang going through the RA testing and stuff - I admire your patience!!

It would be nice if they could actually find something which explained all of the fibroids in my body!!
