Not sure how much help it'll be. but the best shampoo to get hair colour out fast is a bog standard anti-dandruff shampoo, like Head n Shoulders. Other than that I think you're struggling - I know tricks to rectify ginger or blonde dye traumas, but going black's a bit beyond my experience!
