As you all know I am living with my parents, at the moment- well I bought the ingredients for brown sugar banana bread from Heather's book this evening but I left my book in my house in Dublin and DH isn't there- if I list the ingredients can someone help me with the quantities so I can make it- I have the oven on- I know some of them I think and I won't post the method to protect the recipe- someone please helpb with them-I've written the ingredients and my guessed amounts below- please help as my sisters can't wait to try it!
brown sugar- I know I use the third cup for this and the oil- is it one and one third cups? oil- is it one third of a cup Flour- 2 cups I think baking soda- .5 teaspoon ? baking powder- hmm not sure one teaspoon maybe? egg whites- 6 (I know this is right) black bananas- 6 (I know this is right) vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon I think?
I think that's all the ingredients too and I know how long to cook it for etc.
