It's SO frustrating when doctors act like that - particularly when (a) you know what you need, and (b) they're making you pay for the privelege! You must be seething. Sending lots of hugs, and really hope you're doing better. And the grass isn't always greener so don't let it make you feel worse - doctors that come to your bedside over here aren't always that great - they might come out to your house, but they can still be utterly useless. In fact, more often than not... Anyway, most importantly, hope you're doing even a little better.
