I'm walking, doing stuff, not on painkillers anymore. The doctor wants me to stay on the IBS diet for a few weeks to make sure that I don't introduce any new variables to my system, but all in all: I'm great! Specifically, I'm a bit tired from the first alcohol I've had in nearly 2 years. Whoo!
