But ya know, that has more to do with your physical shape than your physical age. I would have been about that sore at 20. On the other hand, I worked with ladies in their 70s who ran circles around me - and still could. Age really is such an irrelevant number, when you think about it like that. Unless you're like me and really thought you'd have a couple kids by 30. That biological clock is evil. (My poor boyfriend. He put up with a LOT when I turned 30!)
