I'm sorry you are having such problems. I had a really hard time reading and understand your post. Its very helpful when typing a long post to break it up into smaller paragraphs, its much easier to read and digest that way!
I do not know anything about seizures and such. I have suffered my share of anxiety and depression. Have you tried something like zanaflex, a muscle relaxer for the spasms?
Be sure to read Heathers site and make the right diet changes. Have you tried an anti spasm medication like donnatol or bentyl or levsin? If your having some awful, explosive D, Immdoium which is an over the counter anti diarrhea medication helps a lot!
Phenegren is an anti nausea medication. Reglan is to help the stomach empty faster, aides in digestion so those two are not the same thing. I don't know what that third medication you mentioned is. Zofran is also an anti nausea medication and it doesn't make you sleepy, however it is expensive and i don't know if medicaid would pay for it.
Can you petition social services to change your primary care physician? Doesn't sound like he is taking very good care of you! Hugs
