I recommend that you hold your nose real tight and drink up as fast as ya can. Another trick I've found helpful. At least 4 days prior to a prep watch everything you eat. Broth, not much bread, no beef foods keep yourself on a bland diet. This way the food comes out faster. It's worked for me. Good luck! Hug Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
