Once upon a time, back before I knew for sure that I had IBS, I sent my now-ex-husband out to the pharmacy for lax's - I hadn't gone in something like 10 days, and I was in serious pain. He came back with magnesium citrate. *Lovely* stuff - LOL! Well, it worked, and very quickly, but talk about triggering things to the other extreme! I think I was tied to a toilet for the next couple days, and I couldn't even get the whole bottle of the stuff down... imagine if I had! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
