I felt complete privacy. I felt like i was in my own little box and no one could hear me, see my feet or anything. Plus there were a TON of them. Two sides actually. As far as cleanliness, yuck! The toilet itself was ok but the sinks and stuff outside were horrible! If you ever get a chance, go check them out!
