Re: So what is considered Normal??       07/28/06 05:11 PM Edit Reply Quote jaime g Reged: 07/27/05 Posts: 961 Loc: new york city i've only heard normal terms given for frequency - from 3 times a day to once every three days. in terms of pain, when i'm stable i sometimes have cramping right before i have to go, too, which i didn't have before ibs. i don't think the pain is "normal," but for an ibs person, i think it's okay. we can hope we get past it in time, but if it's more annoying than a real problem, and it doesn't interfere with living life, i think we're okay. -------------------- jaime ibs-a (mostly d) // vegetarian Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
