Only if I absolutely have to take them do I. I'll pop it in then worry for the first hr if I'm going to react. It's an awful phobia. I don't take any pills for my anxiety. I'd worry they'd give me side effects! I guess us "worriers" can't help to worry about almost EVERYTHING! Heck I bought that Activia Yogurt yesterday when I went grocery shopping and I looked it up online and now I'm afraid to eat it. #1 cause it's a milk product and I don't do well with milk or icecream. (Cheese is ok but not the other dairy products!)#2 I read in the narrative that it helps quicken the food digestion which is not what I want since I'm D!
