Does anyone here NOT get nervous every day?       07/24/06 08:21 AM Edit Reply Quote nuggs1968 Reged: 06/26/06 Posts: 181 I'm so tired of being nervous all the time about everything. Does anyone NOT get nervous every day? If so, how do you do it? I wasn't like this when I was on medication, but now that I'm off, I'm nervous all the time. I hate it. I really don't want to go back on the meds until I find out whether or not the acupuncture and herbs are going to work. So far no major changes, but I can notice little improvements. I just don't know if I have the patience to stick this out I have another 5 months of acupuncture sessions to go through. I know there are people worse off than I with other diseases and problem, but sometimes I just can't take this anymore. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
