Over the past year I had to stop playing as much as I like b/c of my IBS. I totally understand where you are coming from! Recently, through hypnosis mainly, I have managed to calm down about it a lot. Also, for my ;ast gig, I took an immodium in the morning and ate perfectly safe and just had to convince myself I could do it. But, I still had a whole bag of drugs just in case. Once you start getting through one or two gigs when all goes well, you really will feel different.
