I've had muscle spasm in my back and it was sore but yours sounds like agony, much more than that. When I went to the back clinic they gave out to me for staying in bed, mean physios! Hope you can watch TV, there's tons of junk on at the moment between BB, Love Island and the new Ant & Dec quiz...had a great night of TV last night thanks to the worst IBS cramps I have had in years Word of caution: Any time I've taken codeine it's made me very C so watch out for that one.
