Glad you're feeling a little more alert. Did you talk to your doctor yet? I guess personally if you're having that much pain (and other symptoms) I'd want to get more thoroughly checked out before assuming that the physical therapist's diagnosis is correct. Are you feeling better from doing the exercises he recommended?
