but rather pointing out that its treatable- sorry, my DH has a form of genetic rickets and he gets small fractures in his bones all the time and has a ton of pain from just everyday walking, but he has to go on.. and this is something that will continue to get worse as he ages, never go away... there are so many other things that could cause pain and be even more long term severe.. that a diagnosis of somethign that is treatable even something painful is a good thing in my mind!
