Thanks so much for your lovely thoughts. It's interesting that you mentioned God having something else planned...I was thinking (and hoping) the same thing because when I got this job I was actually in the process for applying for another one I wanted even more.
It's working at a University library here in town as a library assistant, pay is better and I'd love to be back at the University (it's a beautiful campus). Thing is, they were looking for someone with 3-5 years library experience (other than that I had all the qualifications). However, I attended that University and have kept in touch with one of my professors who took an interest in me, and he is close friends with the head librarian. She isn't in charge of the hiring, but he just called me yesterday to tell me that he spoke to her "at great length" about me and that he thought I would for sure get an interview. So maybe that job is meant for me instead...that would be nice.
