anyone having trouble with water       06/13/06 10:21 AM Edit Reply Quote sapphiremel Reged: 05/15/06 Posts: 69 Loc: New York I really don't know why i am having eposides with D at times but i think it might be the water and I don't understand how the water could affect me Iam not drinking it cold I drink bottle water at room temp don;t even put in fridge and i drink it slowly, Iam now thinking of putting fiber in it so at least i have that in the water and can drink it during the day did anyone ever have this problem I feel better sometimes when i drink gingerale don't understand would like if anyone had the same Ialso am trying to increase my fiber i was only on 6 gm now i will go to 9 could that also be the problem not enough. thank you -------------------- IBS D Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
