I'd stay home if it were me but if you really need to go then I'd try the Imodium. Start it in the moring so it has time to take effect and your stomach can settle. If the Imodium doesn't work though, I wouldn't risk going out at all. It might seem like an embarassing thing to do, but you can get Depends or one of those other adult size diapers and wear one just in case. And keep some wipes with you. The kids Kandoo wipes are great and cost much less than adult versions. I've had to do that before. No shame in it. I hope this stops real soon. Be careful about your water intake.
