Of course, I'm assuming he still cares about Jamie's sister and his own family. You are not overreacting at ALL. It seems like they should definitely at least postpone the wedding until this guy can get the help he needs. Especially if he hasn't even admitted any wrongdoing at this point. Being sorry would make everything ok, but it WOULD be a start, and he's not even there yet. I say keep supporting Jamie's parents, and do your best with his sister to get her see that a marriage with Adrian is not going to be a happy one, at least not until he can sort things out in his own head.
