Ruchie honey, I've just been nosing around on the Hypnosis board and I saw your post that you're still mondo stressed!

Are you giving yourself enough me time? I've found this to be REALLY important with dealing with stress and depression. I know you work loads (I don't know how you cope with 4 jobs - 1 is far too much for me!), but you need to learn to take time out, even if its just half an hour here and there. This is something my Mum is crap at, so I've learnt from her what NOT to do and she's learning selfish pampering off me!

Suggestions...
- a hot bubble bath with a trashy/romantic novel and either a glass of something naughty or a Chamomile tea.
- a massage. These are incredible!
- Ditto facial, manicure, pedicure, etc. This have the extra advantage of making you feel gorgeous, which is always a good stress-buster!
- a walk somewhere nice.
- dinner or lunch out somewhere you really like with someone you like to be with.

But the most important thing is training yourself to allow yourself time off from worrying about everything and anything. It's really important. And if you can take half hour for yourself without worrying/making lists/sorting out problems/getting stressed at people (delete as appropriate!) then you'll be able to cope so much better. So it's actually efficient! You have to learn to be selfishly protective of your me time. Think of it as your therapy!
