I wanted a Irish name for both my boys so I got my little Irish names book out and chose from that. Yes, they may have been trendy at the time (which I really didn't care since I was chosing a name according to the meaning of the name)however, I and everyone else could pronounce it and it was an American name! I never even hear of Shiloh.If I hadn't read it was a girl I would have had no clue if that name was boy or girl.I guess I'm ignorant or oblivious but I honestly didn't even know Angelina was Hebrew. Is Brad too? I guess I just figured Angelina and Brad are normal names why did they name their child a strange name? Thanks though for the meaning of the name. It is rather pretty.
