while doing my lamaze type breathing to help with the pains sometimes! We are one bunch of unique people aren't we??!?! I guess that's what makes us special! Does help to know that there are so many people that share the same type of issues though. (I have tiles in the bathroom at my work so I count MANY times a week!)
