I sort of understand on a much smaller scale what you are going through. About 2 years ago I had pain when I walked or even stood in my feet. I ended up going to the chiropractor who gave me custom orthotics, and also while there I got some kind of ultrasound or electrowave therapy on my feet. Luckily the orthotics did not cause me any other pain. In fact, I've been pain free since then. (I also got a few foot massages that were TORTURE but did a lot of good). I hope you can get the treatment you need, not being able to walk stinks. Good luck with the insurance company!
