It sounds like you are thinking through everything very carefully, and that's a good thing. I've only known two ladies with severe endo, and in both cases, they were told to have what children they wanted and then had hysterectomies. Pregnancy was easy for both ladies, and they had their children and hysterectomy by the time they were 30.
