And I am not a gambler. I maybe spent $20 in nickels. That's it. My hubby teased me that I liked the ATM game much better. Punch in the card and numbers, and presto! You win the money you want! LOL.
Go see the Hoover Dam. There are bus tours for about $15 that will take you there, and pay for your admission and everything. You even get to go to the very bottom of the dam if you want to. The tour I was on also took us to a cactus garden and a chocolate factory. It was a cheap, fun afternoon. Pack some safe snacks and GO!!!!! Plus, you get to see some more of the beautiful landscape and Lake Meade.

Shopping - there's an outlet mall on the South end of the strip. Ask any cabbie. They know the one. It's super.

The Bellagio - the water show in front is spectacular. Spend a morning watching the water, (or at night when it's all lit up pretty) and be sure to go inside, and look at it. It's amazing. There's high end specialty shops in there like Gucci and that, if you're into that kind of thing.

MGM and New York New York - across the street from one another. Very fun. Lots to see and do.

Rio - has a masquerade type show during times through the day. (free) They also have a fake beach and pools that you can lounge by - divine!

Penn and Teller - great show at the Rio. Tickets weren't that expensive if I remember right.

Blue Man Group - never been but lots say it's very cool.

Doorknobs - be aware of them. Each hotel/casino has its own very elaborate unique ones.

Hard Rock - I LOVE!!!!! We went there for lunch, and then walked through the restaurant and main gallery in the hotel. Lots and lots of cool Rock n roll memorabilia. The food is fab as well. (Careful on your tum though!)

That's all I can think of now. There's so much to see and do. Much more than just gambling. Oh, just be wary of walking on the strip. You may think that the hotels are just beside each other (they are), but each one takes up at least a whole city block or more, so it'll take you time to walk between them. Also, beware of the people on the street that snap cards for you to take (they snap them to get your attention - keep your eyes forward). Trust me, you don't want them.
