A plain, unscented candle. It really helps to freshen the air. I find that the smell is most unpleasant when you first go in, but after, your nose somehow ignores it. I had to stay in one in Las Vegas while pregnant and I have allergies. I requested a room change because of allergies and they refused. I requested the room change because of pregnancy and they rolled out the red carpet for me and had me moved in 10 minutes. LOL You can always request to be moved if one becomes available for health reasons. Maybe you'll get a sympathetic manager.
